More about the Cats/Kittens in our care.

BINX
This is Binx — a quiet, resilient little cat with a brave heart and a beautiful spirit. She was part of the Croydon colony, a group of cats who came into care in rough shape, all suffering from cat flu and other health issues. Like her siblings, Binx was treated for cryptosporidium (a gut parasite) and mycoplasma (an upper respiratory infection) and now Calicivirus, causing an infection in the mouth. Thankfully, these conditions are not long-term, and all the kittens received the care they needed to recover.
One of the kittens in the colony also tested positive for feline coronavirus — a very common virus in multi-cat households, affecting around 80–90% of them. While Binx herself wasn't tested, it's likely she may have had it too.
When she first arrived, Binx was unhandleable — terrified of touch and people. She wanted nothing to do with humans, and it was clear she had never known kindness or safety. But since then, she’s come such a long way. Though still timid and quiet at times, Binx has started to show her true personality. As other members of the colony have moved on to their forever homes, she’s begun to relax and reveal her playful, affectionate side.
She’s full of energy and loves playing with her siblings, often getting the zoomies and racing around with joy. Binx has also lived with both cats and a dog and adapted beautifully. With time, patience, and a calm environment, she will no doubt continue to blossom in her own forever home.
Binx has been microchipped, wormed, and treated for fleas, she has started her course of vaccinations, the last being on the 2nd June and she was also spayed 23rd May— she then will be ready for her next chapter.
Due to Binx and Mimi being together so long they have become very close, it would be nice to see them homed together.

MIMI
This is Mimi — a sweet, gentle soul with a quiet strength and a heart full of love. She’s around seven months and was part of the Croydon colony, a group of kittens who came into care very unwell. Like the others in her group, Mimi battled cat flu and was treated for cryptosporidium (a gut parasite) and mycoplasma (an upper respiratory infection) and Calicivirus, causing an infection in the mouth.
Thankfully, these are not long-term conditions, and she has fully recovered from them.
One of the other kittens in the colony also tested positive for feline coronavirus — a very common virus in multi-cat households, affecting around 80–90%. While Mimi herself wasn’t tested, it’s likely she was exposed, though there are no current concerns for her health.
When Mimi was first rescued, she was completely unhandleable — fearful of people and touch. But in the time she’s spent in foster care, she has made incredible progress. Though still timid, she now accepts strokes and can be picked up gently. She’s not quite a lap cat yet, but she’s well on her way, especially with the support of another friendly feline by her side.
Mimi absolutely thrives in the company of other cats — especially her siblings — and would do best in a home with a confident resident cat who can help her continue building trust. She makes the most adorable little meows and chirps when talking to her companions and loves to join in during playtime. She’s energetic, affectionate in her own quiet way, and full of potential.
Mimi has also been around dogs and settled well, showing she can adapt beautifully in the right environment. She’s been microchipped, wormed, and treated for fleas, she has started her course of vaccinations, the last being on the 2nd June. she was spayed on 28th May — she will then be ready to find a forever home where she’ll be given the time, patience, and love she needs to truly shine.
Due to Mimi and Binx being together so long they have become very close, it would be nice to see them homed together

DINAH
Dinah’s Story — A Tale of Courage, Survival, and Love
Dinah has faced hardships that would have broken many, but she has emerged stronger and more loving than ever. Rescued from a hoarding situation alongside four other female cats, she arrived with a heavy burden of neglect and illness.
She battled a rare parasite called Isospora, but the greatest challenge was the severe Calicivirus that ravaged her health — especially her precious teeth. Losing 13 , having another 13 removed, leaving her with just 4 teeth. Yet, through every hardship, Dinah’s spirit never wavered.
What’s truly astonishing is how little these struggles have dimmed her light. She is a warrior with a heart full of love, who embraces life with warmth and affection. Her resilience shines in every gentle purr and every soft nuzzle. Dinah refuses to be defined by pain or loss — she’s a survivor, a fighter, and a beacon of hope.
Though she still remains in our care while we carefully monitor her health, we’ve witnessed a beautiful transformation. As her pain eases, she’s blossomed into an even more loving and trusting companion — finally free to give and receive the affection she’s always deserved.
Now, Dinah is ready for her next chapter: a forever home filled with kindness, patience, and unconditional love.
If you believe in second chances and have room in your heart for a truly extraordinary cat, apply to adopt Dinah today and be the family she’s been waiting for.
Because love doesn’t just heal — it transforms.

Daltrey’s Journey — From Timid Beginnings to Loving Companion
Daltrey, one of Dinah’s kittens, has followed a path all his own. Unlike his more outgoing sibling, Daltrey was always a little more reserved, taking his time to understand the world around him. Trust didn’t come easily at first — he was cautious, unsure of how to welcome affection.
But with gentle care, patience, and kindness from those who nurtured him, something beautiful happened. Slowly, Daltrey discovered that he actually loved being stroked. What began as a subtle moment of quiet acceptance has blossomed into joyous enthusiasm. Today, he welcomes affection with open paws and a heart full of trust.

Smudge’s journey began on a freezing winter day, when he was found crying at someone’s back door—cold, alone, and just hoping someone would notice him. That moment changed everything. Bit by bit, Smudge began coming in for breakfast and dinner, finding comfort in the warmth of a home, yet holding on to his free-spirited love for the outdoors.
He’s a cat with a quiet strength—independent but deeply affectionate when he knows he’s safe. Smudge enjoys spending his days exploring outside, but he always returns for gentle strokes, soft words, and the closeness of people who care.

JUNO & JINX

Juno and her son Jinx have come a long way. Juno was taken in as a stray while pregnant and gave birth to her kittens outdoors. Since then, a kind fosterer has lovingly cared for both Juno and Jinx, providing everything they need while they wait for a forever home.
Juno is just over a year old. She’s a quiet, cautious soul who is still learning to trust. Understandably, she’s very wary of the outdoors and can be timid around people. She may come off as “spicy” if approached too suddenly, but once she feels safe, Juno enjoys quietly observing from her favorite cozy spot. With patience, time, and a calm environment, she will slowly open up and form a bond with her trusted humans.
Jinx, her young son, is the complete opposite—confident, playful, and full of affection. He’s curious, outgoing, and absolutely loves his food. His sociable nature helps bring out the best in Juno, and the two balance each other beautifully.
This bonded pair are microchipped, vaccinated, and neutered. They’re looking for a quiet indoor home where they can stay together. A secure catio or cat-proof garden could be a wonderful option for Juno, helping her feel safe while exploring a bit of the outside world.
